In accordance with the requirements of the Academy Trust Handbook (2024), Balmoral Learning Trust publishes details of employees whose benefits exceed £100,000, in £10,000 bandings.

For the financial year ending 31 August 2025:

“Benefits” for this purpose include salary, employer pension contributions, and other taxable benefits.

Trade Union Facility Time

Balmoral Learning Trust confirms that during the reporting period, no employees were recognised as trade union officials receiving paid facility time.
This statement is published in accordance with Department for Education requirements.
