Every Academy has a fully trained Senior Mental Health Lead where confidential help, listening and signposting is readily accessible. This not only ensures support is offered in time, but it helps to prevent ongoing issues that could potentially develop into areas of more concern.

All staff have access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which gives free confidential advice on the following:

Education staff wellbeing charter

The education staff wellbeing charter is a declaration of support for, and set of commitments to, the wellbeing and mental health of everyone working in education.

The charter is for education staff in England. This includes temporary and support staff. This  a shared commitment to protect, promote and enhance the wellbeing of staff.
