Executive Leadership Team

The Trust team is led by its Chief Executive, Susan Bell, supported by its Director of Finance and Operations, Sarah Chapman. Together they oversee the delivery of the agenda of the Trust as determined by its Directors.

Following our approach of  collaboration, the Trust Executive Leadership are assisted and supported in their work by the two Heads of School,  Nicola Hair (East Herrington Primary Academy) and Kim Bushby (Hetton Lyons Primary School). Together they form the Trust Executive Leadership Board.

This approach allows Balmoral Learning Trust to ensure that strategic decisions are both informed and implemented with the full backing of our senior leadership teams. Actions are effective and practical as a result. The following structural diagram sets out how this inclusive approach works.
